Очень доволен приемом у Минниахметовой Гульшат. Доктор внимательно выслушала жалобы, провела осмотр и назначила анализы. Все объяснила доступно, без лишних терминов. Видно, что она заинтересована в помощи пациенту. После визита получил понятные рекомендации по лечению. Рекомендую этого специалиста.

Отвратительный сервис. Обратилась по ДМС 05.06.2025, записалась к проктологу заранее в свой выходной день. По приходу прождала врача 40 минут, каждые 10 минут уточняя почему врач не приходит и будет ли вообще. Направляли из кабинета в кабинет. В итоге выяснилось, что врач на сегодняшний день пропал каким-то чудесным образом. Предложили перезаписаться. В итоге не получила помощи которая требовалась в этой клинике, не смогла записаться в другие т.к. записываться нужно заранее, а ближайшие записи только через два - три дня. Потеряла средства т.к. гарантийное письмо страховой направлено именно в эту клинику и поменять его невозможно. Просто какой-то ужас. Для чего нужно такое лечебное заведение в котором настолько халатное отношение к пациентам?!

Обратился с травмой к Юсуфову Г.М. 13.03.2025. Доктор быстро диагностировал проблему, назначил лечение и массаж. Всё зажило отлично! В клинике никаких очередей, записался через сайт. Рекомендую!
