Регистратура- это просто ужас. Незнание услуг, надменное общение лживые люди. Жена заезжала уточнить время работы рентгена , ей ответили в любой рабочий день до 17-00. При обращении в 16-20, нас обвинили в том что мы напутали, они не могли сказать это время «жена наверное придумала», все расписание и все процедуры мы знаем наизусть. После этого предложила записаться к ним завтра к 8-00 мы согласились, и тут же говорит мы вас записываем на 8-30 , я уточнил что только что вы сказали к 8-00 , на что я услышал, что она такого не говорила. Мы записались на услугу. Спустя некоторое время позвонили жене и отказали в предоставлении услуги якобы у них нет какой то линейки « я знаю все услуги наизусть». Такого лживого и безграмотного персонала я никогда не встречал. Спасибо что отказали в предоставлении услуги. Прошу руководство обратить внимание на лицо вашей организации, оно портит вашу репутацию. Мы очень возмущены таким отношением.

Не самое лучшее место, очень много народа, в качестве получения платных услуг вряд ли выберу если дорожу временем, по качеству предоставляемых услуг претензий нет.
