Ожидали, что в клинике с высокими баллами врачи хотя бы работают на постоянной основе . Сходили с ребенком к терапевту, обследование предполагалось долгое, через 4 дня с анализами попытка записаться к этому же врачу не удалась, т.к. он уже не работает в этой клинике. Клиника - это прежде всего состав врачей и их знания, а не ресепшен.

Здравствуйте! Значительная часть врачей у нас работает много лет. Врач-терапевт Расулов Шухрат Шавкатович, у которого вы были, работает у нас почти два года. Сейчас у него длительный отпуск в связи с семейными обстоятельствами. Возможно, администратор вас не совсем верно информировала, сообщив, что он больше не работает в нашем медицинском центре. Но прием у него действительно приостановлен на неопределенное время. Вы, к сожалению, не совсем удачно попали в один из последних приемов доктора. Обратитесь, пожалуйста, к нашим администраторам, вам помогут подобрать прием у другого опытного специалиста.

Одной из женщин на ресепшене, нервная и раздраженная. Не заметил, чтобы со мной составлялся договор по оказанию медицинских услуг. Кабинеты все тесные. Обстановка хоть и с ремонтом, но не уютная. Врачи достаточно посредственные. Цены на консультации некоторых специалистов завышены, например на Помаскина Алексея Валерьевича. Да, врач он хороший, но считаю что 4 тысячи за консультацию, это перебор.
