До недавнего времени очень уважала эту клинику в первую очередь за профессионализм врачей. Была частым и абсолютно лояльным клиентом. Наблюдалась сама и привозила ребенка. Так было раньше. Теперь, благодаря «работе» администраторов и управляющей Екатерине Васильевне, впечатления поменялись на прямо противоположные. Судя по отзывам, я не первый (и уверена, не последний человек) кто не смог попасть на приём из-за халтуры ресепшена и нежелания/неготовности/невозможности руководящего состава искать компромиссы с пациентами. Администрация абсолютно не допускает мысли об ошибки в записи по своей вине. На логичную просьбу предоставить для прослушивания запись моего звонка было сказано, что такая возможность отсутствует и «мы работаем над этим». Только, видимо, работа над этим затянулась. Потому как отзыв об аналогичной проблеме другого пациента висит в 2Гис с декабря прошлого года. Кроме того, дважды адмнистратором и управляющим была озвучена фамилия пациента, который записан на моё время. Врачебная тайна? Не, не слышали! Вот оно - истинное отношение к своим пациентам. Делайте выводы!

Мама ездила к невролог, врач очень понравилась, хорошее отношение, долгий и тщательный приём и обследование, толковые рекомендации врача, хорошее расположение клиники, высококвалифицированные специалисты!респект и уважение)советую
