Пришла по записи. Беременная , с ужасной головной болью из за гайморита, ждала помощи от Тихоновой А.Г., на ресепшен подошла она, ей дали мою карту, я последовала за ней, у кабинета спросила мне подождать или заходить? Вежливо и по доброму, так как к ней было хорошее отношение у меня, в ответ я получила: Вы что время не видите ?! На часы смотрите !?! (До приема оставалось 10 минут). Я ответила, что можно же просто сказать подождите а не грубить, на что она мне начала так ворчать, что я просто со слезами убежала от туда. Рядом сидящие люди в очереди тоже были в шоке от её поведения и сказали мне не расстраивайтесь. Теперь не знаю что делать с болью, пошла искать врача, но точно больше не к Вам !

была у доктора женского и на прививку, хожу по страховке 2,5 года , не навязывают лишнего, от администратора до ... врачей профессионалы, все объясняют просто и понятно , работу свою знают на 5 из 5, негативные отзывы более чем надуманы, особенно про парковку, бред, у большенства клиник в центре нет парковки

Вчера приходили в клинику на Бутлерова ставить ребенку прививку пентаксим.С парковкой проблем не было,место нашли сразу.В регистратуре доброжелательные сотрудники,медсестра которая ставила прививку тоже понравилась.Не понравился педиатр,очень грубо осмотрела моего ребенка.Если еще раз придем сюда,то только к другому педиатру.Я не бесплатно пришла своему ребенку прививку ставить,нужно быть немного улыбчивее и доброжелательнее
