Была на днях в процедурной, был молодой медбрат. Сделал внутривенную инъекцию плохо, лекарство ввел не в вену, а под кожу и осталась шишка и большой синяк. Второй день болит рука и не могу ничего делать. Сделали даже хуже, чем в обычной бесплатной поликлинике.

У подобных последствий могут быть различные причины. К примеру, близкое к поверхности кожи расположение капилляров может быть одной из причин шишки или гематомы. Кроме того, у каждого человека свои показатели эластичности и проницаемости сосудистой стенки. Влиять на это может и недостаток некоторых витаминов. 1. Препарат вводится внутривенно, а не внутрикапиллярно. 2. Расположение капилляров при внутривенном введении препарата никак не влияет на этот процесс3. Налицо некачественно выполнения манипуляция. Необходимо было остановить введение препарата. Нанести гепариновую мазь.
