На сайте указан график работы и график взятия крови по выходным до 14.00. Я подошла в 12.30 и сотрудник отказалась меня принимать, мотивируя тем, что по выходным они работают до 12.30. На мой вопрос, почему тогда на сайте указана некорректная информация, она ответила, что на самом деле там можно где-то найти приписку про 12.30, просто ВСЕ не замечают! Во-первых, в очевидном месте (в графике работы) это не указано. Во-вторых, если все не замечают, может всё же нормально написать об этом на сайте?

Пришли сдавать Витамин Д3 по акции в 12 часов воскресенья а это отделение. Сидели в очереди. В 12:20 нам сказали, что анализ не возьмут, потому что курьер уже собирается уезжать, хотя уже сидели в очереди на тот момент довольно долго. На сайте в списке ограничений анализ на витамин Д3 отсутствует, то есть курьер в 12:30 вообще не должен касаться этого анализа. На мой вопрос в поддержку гемотеста сказали, что "да, наша ошибка, можете написать об этом в раздел предложений на сайте".
