Записалась к лору Куйдину, позвонили за 40 минут до приёма и сказали, что принять не сможет по семейным обстоятельствам. Я конечно понимаю, что ситуации у всех в жизни разные бывают, но можно было хотя бы за час предупредить или перенести запись на время попозже, предложить другого врача, который смог бы принять. Я уже ехала в такси на прием, пришлось развернуться и ехать домой. В итоге потраченное время, деньги и нерешенный вопрос по здоровью. Безответственное отношение какое-то..

Отличный врач-нейрохирург Семенов А.В. На приёме все было доступно, понятно. Выбранная стратегия лечения помогла! Молодая девушка принимает звонки в клинике, очень отзывчивая оказалась, были сложности с записью, сама договорилась с врачом о записи, несмотря на занятость, умница! Единственное, администратору не мешало бы поработать над своей пассивной агрессией, а точнее не выливать ее на пациентов. Меньше всего хочется слышать пациенту на платных услугах - «вставайте, Вы так час пролежать можете!». В целом, клиника отличная, потому что ищем мы прежде всего специалистов своего дела, а в этой клинике они точно есть!)
