Все у них отлично. И цены и сервис . Чисто и презентабельно . Не понимаю откуда столько негатива.

Из-за некомпетентности администраторов, пропало желание посещать данную клинику. Позвонила в конце августа, чтобы записаться на приём к неврологу. Предупредили, что приём будет в конце сентября и мне позвонят, чтобы сообщить точную дату и время. Не дождавшись звонка, 1 октября набрала сама. Администратор ответила, что мне звонили 12 сентября один раз, но я не взяла трубку. На мой вопрос, почему же мне не перезвонили, ответила, что они не обязаны дублировать звонок, мол, сразу надо отвечать Это очень непрофессионально. В итоге к доктору я не попала. Для сравнения: из клиники Федорова прозванивали трижды, чтобы подтвердить запись
