27.03.14 в 22 часа заказал духовой шкаф. Из-за ошибки в личных данных заказ оформил 2 раза (первый заказ отменил при обнаружении ошибки), но даже во время второго заказа на товаре не было пометки "витринный экземпляр". На сайте декларируется, что оплата возможна картами Visa или MC, однако фактически возможности оплатить заказанный товар картой нет. На следующий день, не дождавшись звонка, стал звонить по телефону магазина. Менеджер мне подтвердил, что заказ собирают. Прождав еще 4 часа, опять обратился в магазин, где в мне, не извинившись за причиненные неудобства, сообщили, что товар без упаковки и поцарапан, и мой заказ отменен магазином. Далее на телефон позвонила сотрудница "центра обслуживания клиентов магазина на Рублевском шоссе" и хамском тоне заявила тоже самое. Учитывая явно завышенные цены и такое хамское отношение к покупателю- не рекомендую заказывать через интернет в этом магазине- проблем больше, чем удобства. Заказ 216-97-751 Дополнение: Отклонив совершенно обоснованный и справедливый отзыв, Яндекс получая прибыли с Медиамаркт, поощрял отвратительное обслуживание клиентов, что поддерживало ущербные бизнес- процессы в торговой сети. А, вкупе с экономической ситуацией, данный факт привел к экономической ликвидации сети в РФ. Спасибо Яндексу за необъективность. Так держать! Не думайте о завтрашнем дне, зарабатывайте копеечку сейчас, а завтра- хоть потоп.

Жалко, сто магазин закрылся. Был очень удобный и с огромным ассартиментом товаров. Были и суперские акции. Жаль... печалька...
