Сдавала анализы в этой клинике. Было прекрасное мнение о клинике до момента получения результатов. Сказали приходить в субботу в первой половине дня, я пришла. Прождав около 10 минут сотрудников рецепшена, получился милейший диалог: -"можно ли получить результаты анализов?" - "а вы что не видите, что у нас обновляют компьтеры? Ничем помочь не можем" -"а почему нельзя было распечатать заранее, чтобы не подставлять клиента, который уже оплатил услугу?" -"нас не предупредило руководство" -"можно ли получить по электронной почте?" -"повторяю, у нас работает програмист с компьютерами" -"а как мне получить анализы" -"приходите в понедельник" -"вы работаете с 9, а заключение мне нужно в понедельник в 8 утра, потому что у меня запись к врачу" -"я повторяю, что помочь ничем не могу" -"можно книгу отзывов и предложений, а лучше номер администратора или руководителя клиники?" -"у меня нет времени" и ушла БРАВО! Лучшая клиника, ни я, ни мои знакомые больше там не появятся. Писала отзыв на официальный сайт буквально через несколько дней после случившегося, но его не соизволили там опубликовать.

Записалась по телефону на прием к врачу на 16 часов, оставила свои данные. При походе в клинику выяснилось, что в списке записавшихся на прием меня нет, на мое время записан другой человек, который и прошел в кабинет. Ответственности за это брать не хотят, объясняя тем, что работают одновременно 3 администратора, и кто из них меня не записал выяснить не пожелали.
