Проходила КТ,поразила быстрота обслуживания.На ресепшене очень внимательные,культурные девушки быстро оформили, предложили подождать 20 мин,но не прошло и 5 мин,меня взяли на КТ. Спасибо всем сотрудникам за радушие и проффесиализм.

Клиника неплохая , дорого первичный прием у невролога ( по факту только направление на МРТ ), МРТ сделали во время , врач очень понравилась. Описания пока нет , получу в течении суток . Но вот барышня на ресепшене слева - это нечто. Она с таким лицом , как будто не я деньги плачу , а у нее в займы беру. Обычно объяснят :"присаживайтесь здесь - вас пригласят." Здесь нужно спросить всю эту информацию .Первый раз такого администратора видела в платном центре .

Не предупредили о том что есть ограничения по размерам.Как итог зря потраченное время,ресурсы.И это с больными ногами надо добраться......

А целом все не плохо , но на ресепшен сидят две женщины с хамским отношением и поведением , вы делаете свою работу если не нравиться что то надо увольняться , каждый вопрос переспрашивать с таким негативом, руководству нужно провести беседу с таким персоналом научить разговаривать в пациентами

В целом понравилось, как организована работа. Записаться легко в онлайн, принимают по времени, персонал внимательный, всегда всё подскажет. Чувствуешь, что здесь заботятся о каждом, а не просто «конвейер». Хороший опыт 👍
