Здравствуйте, беру свои слова назад насчёт магазина Zdravim, они разобрались с компанией сдэк, моя посылка потерялась у них. Спустя 12 дней всё таки приехала посылка в пункт выдачи.

Заказывала медицинское изделие с доставкой, живу не в Москве. Оплатила товар на карту сбербанка частному лицу, доставка через сдек. По факту, работники этого магазина заказ не отправили, просто создали накладную на сайте сдек. Там написано, что товар им в офис (сдека) не был передан. Игорь (работник магазина) по телефону утверждает, что заказ передал, разбираться не хочет. Даёт телефон своей же компании, выдавая его за телефон курьера сдек, которому он передал заказ.

Хамское отношение к покупателям! За доставку вместо указанных на сайте 300 взяли 450! Кроме того, заказанный облучатель Солнышко ОУФК-01 не укомплектован очками, вместо фильтра BRITA MARELLA за 949 руб, привезли дорогой за 1399! Пользуются ситуацией с самоизоляцией!

Купила у них кварцевую лампу, доставка курьером, лампу не проверила, хотя говорят что подписала будто проверила ( подписала не читая - буду умнее). Когда поняла, что не работает - позвонила по тел. на сайте, со мной общались весьма вежливо, подсказывали что можно попробовать подправить, но это не помогало. Я напряглась, когда мне сказали, что по закону мед.приборы не подлежат возврату и обмену, и что если неисправна сама лампа - то ничего тут не попишешь, однако сказали, что поищут переходник, который тоже может барахлить и чтобы я перезвонила чернз пару дней. За это время я нашла и скинула им и в Роспотребнадзор информацию о том, что обмену и возврату не подлежат Исправные приборы, а не в такой ситуации. После этого мне предложили приехать к ним и обменять лампу, что и было выполнено. Неисправен был переходник, его взяли из другого набора... Надеюсь, что мой отправили на фирму для обмена, но на всякий случай - проверяйте товары во избежание недоразумений. Так что в итоге, все закончилось нормально, но пришлось поездить и поволноваться
