Наш любимый диванчик. Купили на кухню диван-раскладушку "Палермо". Модель для кухню просто супер...диванчик высокий,очень удобно сидеть за столом на нем, Размер: 112 см основа Madagaskar 06 рогожка глубина сидения: 60 см толщина спинки: 15 см цвет дсп Древесина белая. Диванчик очень понравился.Изготовление и доставка в наш город быстро и оперативно. Большое спасибо Елене за помощь с подбором обивки. Рекомендую!

Сегодня «приехали» оставшиеся позиции из заказа. Звонок от менеджера поступил в 9:30 с фразой:» Готовы принять кровать в течение часа?» Напомню, что диван мне привезли этой же ночью в 2 часа и из-за этого уснул я только в 5 утра. Сообщив, что доставка в течение часа мне не удобна, я попросил перенести её и мне сказали, что привезут кровать после 16:00. В 17 часов менеджер снова позвонила и перенесла доставку уже на 20:00 и позднее. Я отказался, ибо примерно в это время моя семья уже укладывает детей спать, сборка составит огромный труд, а хранить упаковки мебели в 1-комнатной квартире негде. Сказал, что теперь ближайшая доставка мне будет удобна, начиная с 23 по 25 число, ибо в остальные дни я работаю. Менеджер что-то пробормотала и положила трубку. Через какое-то время мне пришло смс, что водитель будет у меня в 20:00 и позднее. Т.е. меня снова не услышали и сделали так, как удобно им. Ладно… Водитель приехал почти в 9 часов вечера. Спасибо, что не в 2 часа ночи, как было с диваном. В итоге, пришлось сразу заняться сборкой кровати, а дети смогли лечь спать только в 12 часов ночи. Я жутко разочарован! Не знаю, какой мне попался менеджер и где он учился так работать, но когда супруга ранее оформляла в данном магазине заказ, то её менеджер Елена была просто профи в своём деле. Видимо, тут как повезёт. Работой фабрики в данном случае доволен. Мебель достойного качества за свою цену. А вот к работе персонала самого магазина есть огромные претензии.
