Это просто филиал АДА в г. Пушкино по мебели. Отвратительные условия, персонал и качество. Заказали кухню в ноябре 2024 г., со всеми проблемами (при условии что свою кухню уже демонтировали) пережили до конца января 2025 г., и всему есть предел в феврале 2025 г. вернули и кухню, и деньги. 4 раза переделывали проект, сотрудники не умеют пользоваться программой проектирования, не учитывают эргономику от слова «совсем» из разряда «дотянетесь»!!!. Все 4 проекта - все с ошибками, о 2х из которых мы сами им сообщили, что не учили газовую трубу (по их расчетам она ровно приходит в варочную панель) и монолитный подоконник. При условии, что был «замерщик», в лице «хозяйки» сего чудного заведения, она же и гендиректор!!! За замер только наличкой без подтверждающих документов, без чертежа, просто лазером по стенкам отщелкала. А еще разводят на деньги путем «впаривания» петель и комплектующих в ящики, под предлогом что заводские плохого качества, и надо брать другие, и это + к цене. Про сборку отдельная тема 25.12.2024 привезли кухню, а на момент 18.01.2025 она еще не была собрана, и в договоре (который напечатан 10 шрифтом) нет ни слова про условия и сроки сборки, только в чеке сумма «за сборку». В итоге сборщики не смогли собрать это чудо проект, опять из-за ошибки конструктива проекта (не того размера тумба под мойку) на этом нам сделали 5 проект))) И мы ждали еще неделю, когда довезут новые модули, но доставку переносили 3 раза. И уже при очередном переносе доставки терпение лопнуло, написали претензию на возврат. Но тут просто вишенка на торте…приехал сотрудник за кухней, зная, что часть моделей собрана, но без инструментов - вообще, он их забыл. При возврате документы в 1 экземпляре, пришлось на этой же накладной вносить записи, и фоткать. Очень много времени и сил потрачено и только отрицательные эмоции, надеюсь, Вы не совершите нашей ошибки и сэкономите себе нервы и деньги.
