Внимательные и вежливые консультанты. Однако отсутствует информация о действующих скидках и акциях, пришлось самостоятельно искать на сайте продавца, консультанты ничего не сказали. Сложилось впечатление о заинтересованности в покупателях премиум сегмента, с остальными им просто не интересно работать.

Приятно иметь дело с менеджером в салоне Подкова. Г Владимир. Сборщики тоже приличные люди. Мебель довольно неплохого качества. На этом положительные стороны заканчиваются. Сроки поставки кухни затянули почти на 2 мес. Сервисная служба просто никакая. Обратной связи недождаться. Постоянно приходится о себе напоминать. Заказывали кухню в июле 2019. (Учитывая что срок изготовления 55 раб. Дней.) Вопрос по кухне досихпор не закрыт. 19.12.19г. Как получили 100% оплату сразу начались качели. (Это не допоставили, того не хватает , тут не так сделали.... итд.) Ждите ждите ждите.... Ставлю 3 *** только потому, что вытянули менеджеры и сборщики. Русанов Артем, если читаешь отзывы, обрати внимание на свою сервисную службу, она всё тянет вниз.
