Заказывали стол гранд, привезли в срок, на производстве не ту подножку вложили, однако после обращения в магазин произвели замену доставив в короткий срок. Порадовало. Также заказывали стулья, остались в восторге. Итог:магазин отличный, сервис отличный, обратная связь присутствует. Рекомендую

Заказывали в январе 2019г стеклянный стол в данном магазине. При оформлении заказа обратила внимание что стол нужен к празднику,к определённому числу. Понравилось,что менеджер предложила вариант цвета покраски ножек к столу чтобы быстрей стол был готов. Также звонили с производства и предложили другой вариант рисунка стола,более подходящий. Начало порадовало. А вот с доставкой всё печально получилось. К назначенной дате стол не привезли,опаздали в итоге на неделю. Звонят,говорят что завтра привезем и тишина на следующий день пока сама не позвонишь. И так практически каждый день. Попросила скидку или какой-то бонус за неоказанные услуги во время-ответ был отрицательным,к сожалению. Качество стола нам понравилось,не смотря на испорченное настроение.
