Отвратительная контора, кроме не самого лучшего качества оказания услуг на рынке, столкнулись со следующим отношением: могут вначале заблокировать телефонию, а потом с ультиматумом отказаться включать, пока не скинешь фотографии (в хорошем качестве) документов на фоне их сайта, потом заблокировать с просьбой поехать в банк и оплатить лично, так же тех поддержка это отдельный разговор - прикрепляю скриншот ответа. Никому НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЕМ данную компанию!!!

Уважаемый абонент, позвольте прояснить Вам несколько моментов. Вы приобрели номер по договору-оферте в декабре 2019 г. и получили возможность им пользоваться сразу же по нашим общим условиям. С 1 января 2020 г. в компании MCN Telecom действуют новые правила идентификации пользователей во исполнение требований регулятора. Для того, чтобы мы как оператор могли идентифицировать Вас, мы предлагаем новым клиентам, в том числе и вам, несколько вариантов: 1. Произвести первый платеж с расчетного счета организации 2. Приехать в наш офис и подтвердить свою личность 3. Прислать селфи с паспортом Мы сделали несколько уведомлений Вам об этом, но ни на одно из них Вы не отреагировали. В данной ситуации мы обязаны Вас заблокировать. Если с Вашей стороны будут выполнены соответствующие процедуры, Вы подтвердите свою личность, то мы Вас включим. Без соблюдения данной процедуры мы не имеем права оказывать услуги. Если Вы хотите вернуть средства, сообщите менеджеру расчетный счет организации, и средства будут возвращены на р/c. Отличная компания, сотрудничаю уже более 5 лет. Недавно попробовал сим-карту, в поездке очень выручила хорошими ценами на звонки в родной город! Кроме этого, уже где-то пять лет размещаю у них свой сайт в дата-центре, все работает как часы, обращаться с неполадками не приходилось, а когда хотел проапргрейдиться, техподдержка все объяснила.
