зашел в Макдоналдс на ул. Маршала Василевского д. 17 10.12.2016 года в 11 час. 37 мин. оплатил покупку и стал ждать заказ № 34. Однако очень неграмотный сотрудник отдал мой заказ другому посетителю под № 32 и после того, как заказ мой унесли в зал. Мне под моим номером пытались выдать другой заказ с другим меню. Я возмутился и в это время из зала посетитель принес мой заказ, от которого я, конечно с возмущением отказался. Тогда мне что-то там якобы поменяли и принесли другой заказ. Я сел за стол и обнаружил, что крышка у коробки бикмака почему-то в каких-то пятнах типа масляных. Возмущаться более не стал, а так немного поел и ушел из этой помойки. Ранее также покупал в этом заведении еду с собой и один раз мне не доложили кофе, однако я увидел это уже дома. Когда я позвонил туда и предъявил претензии, то передо мной даже не извинились, а сказали, что ничего страшного, бывает. Вообщем работают в данном заведении некомпетентные люди. Также с заказом дается талон для опроса и отзыва, однако на следующий день после покупки код не активируется. Делайте вывод господа – показать
