Первый раз я пришла в салон на Беляево 16.10.2018 года. После оплаты услуг, на ресепшн мне выдали карточку, в которой делают отметки после посещения салона и при 6 посещении маникюр в подарок. Сама хозяйка салона дала мне эту карточку, в этот день она делала макияж. Вчера было мое 5 посещение, после оплаты я попросила сделать отметку, на что получила отказ в грубой форме. Приводились доводы, что у меня должна быть карточка на бесплатную стрижку, а не на маникюр, отметки мне делать были не должн ы, кто вообще мне их делал, она пол года работает в салоне каждый день, меня никогда не видела (я к одному мастеру при этом хожу), что это за карточка она не понимает. К — клиентоориентированность. Администратор нужен именно для того, чтобы грубить клиенту, если это ошибка твоих предшественников, то в этом виноват клиент, разумеется. Конечно никто не сделает отметку, ведь впереди предоставление бесплатной процедуры. Сделайте выводы сами, клиенты. Кстати, хозяйка прическу делала в этот момент, но я спешила и с ней этот вопрос не выяснила. – показать
