Покупали Тигуан супруге осенью 2019. Очень понравился менеджер Федор, терпеливо все объяснял, хотя мы были очень придирчивы)))) получили хорошую скидку, допы. Быстро и грамотно оформили страховки и кредит. Не очень понравилась зона ожидания - делать там нечего, кофе машина с растворимым кофе. Очень сильно все портит ремонт развязки Волоколамки и МКАД - проблемы с парковкой (все занято строительной техникой), проблемы с тест-драйвом (приходится ездить по задворкам и через перекопанные участки, что хорошо для внедорожника, но не в других случаях). Сдавали машину в трейд-ин оценили хорошо (сколько скинули на новую столько и старую, как и везде). Будьте внимательны, если будете ставить сигнализацию у них - нам поставили предустановленный Призрак и мы с ней намучались из-за дефекта брелка. Если бы знал, то отказался от этого подарка. В целом, хороший автосалон с адекватным персоналом
