Заберут деньги а остальное только на словах. Вам никто не гарантирует ни качество ни адекватное отношение. Наплевательское отношение к клиенту.

Здравствуйте. Вы не написали в чем конкретно у вас претензии к МАЯКу. Тем не менее хотим сказать, что прежде, чем клиент заплатит нам деньги, мы предоставляем возможность ознакомится с нашей Школой в полном объеме: в любое время можно прийти к нам, побеседовать с администрацией и преподавателями, мы проводим дни открытых дверей и множество мастер-классов. Кроме того, прежде чем принять решение заниматься по какому-либо направлению, возможно бесплатно посетить пробное занятие. Если все же вы приняли решение заниматься в МАЯКе, то, очевидно, вы убедились, что у нас все не только на словах, поэтому суть ваших претензий не очень понятна… Еще заметим, что только «на словах» невозможно быть лучшим детским центром в Мытищах с 2002 года. Без качественной работы и без хороших отношений с клиентами мы не проработали бы 19 лет!
