Добрый день!Уважаемая администрация, прошу помочь в решении ситуации: 28.10.18 в 18: 43 (время по чеку) я обратилась к фармацевту с запиской от доктора, в которой был указан препарат Гонадотропин 10000 единиц. Дежуривший фармацевт продал мне две упаковки препарата 5 флаконов по 5000единиц в каждом, итого получилось 50000 единиц. Стоимость упаковки 3077руб. Я в дозировке не разбираюсь, полностью положившись на профессионализм фармацевта, оплатила за обе упаковки 6154 руб. Прийдя домой, обнаружила, что препарата приобрела значительно больше, чем требовалось. Сегодня утром, мой муж с заявлением и одной неоткрытой упаковкой препарата обратился в аптеку по адресу: пр.-т Димитрова 7, с описанием ситуации и просьбой вернуть стоимость одной упаковки препарта. Заведующая аптекой отказалась принимать заявление в работу. Уважаемая администрация, я не отрицаю своей вины и некомпетентности в покупке, но прошу Вас провести работу со специалистами, ведь многие люди, как и я полагаются на знания и опыт фармацевта.
