Я выбрала на сайте три стандартных (не под заказ) коврика из поликарбоната. Позвонила в субботу, мне сказали, что можно оставить заказ на сайте, а оформят в понедельник, после выходных, и в понедельник же доставят. Это нормально, правда, я удивилась, как это доставят в день заказа.В понедельник позвонили и сказали, что коврики в наличии, доставка во вторник или среду. На понедельник мы особо не рассчитывали, так что и разочарования не было.В среду позвонили и сказали, что коврики изготовили, н о они бракованные, и лучше мне заказать другие размеры с сайта. Я от заказа отказалась.Таким образом, магазин не располагает информацией о сроках доставки, обманывает относительно наличия товара и в случае брака даже не пытается переделать заказ. – показать

Проблема в том, что вам не подсунули бракованный товар, а честно сказали о его дефектах? В чем проблема?
