Недовольны совершенно!!! приход в клинику 24.04.2025 ориентировочно в 9 утра. Заранее записались и приехали специалино на определенный анализ (время свертываемости по Сухареву) , т.к. этого анализа не было в месте, где планирорвали пройти обследование перед операцией. При записи было уточнение - делаем ли мы данный анализ или нет, при приходе в клинику мне сказали нет - не делаем и тоже уточняли по телефону. Это как так?

Невролог делал процедуры от которых грыжа увеличилась и передавила нерв. Пришлось идти на операцию к нейрохирургу.

Пришёл сделать кардиограму.получил море негатива и упрёков, что не записался на консультацию,что никто мне не будет её расшифровывается. В итоге аппарат не присасывался и врач начала хамить и предъявлять мне ,что ей все не так и не то.я попросил закончить развернулся и ушёл забрав деньги.......на что персонал не ответил ничего.ужас просто ужас,в бесплатной поликлинике отношение лучше! А здесь за мои деньги хамство и негатив.прошу руководство разобрать в данном конфликте и наказать сотрудника !
