Заказывали букет маме на День Рождения и более не обратимся в данную контору!Приехали забрать букет и что же мы видим: букет очень маленький, 2 цветка вялые, остальные не свежие (нам сказали, что это флорист забыл снять «рубашку», поэтому лепестки с зелеными прожилками), нас подставили (так как был вечер) и очень разочаровали. С виду приличная мастерская, а на деле: букет за 3.000 рублей, а выглядит максимум на 1.000.

Здравствуйте! Букет собрали исключительно из свежих цветов, мы не держим остатки в холодильнике. Цветочки были закуплены и букет собран в день, когда вы должны были его забрать. Флорист собиравший букет, девушка на испытательном сроке, больше у нас не работает. Что она сделала неправильно — она не почистила должным образом розы. У некоторых сортов роз (включая те, что были использованы в букете) грубая рубашка (крайние лепестки). Ее нужно обрывать перед тем как ставить цветок в букет. Наличие ру башки наоборот говорит о свежести цветка, но увы грубый лепесток может ввести в заблуждение клиента. Приносим свои извинения за предоставленные неудобства. Если бы была возможность, мы приложили бы все усилия, чтобы исправить ситуацию.С уважением,Мастерская Природы Ниже прилагаю фото в подтверждение своих слов:1. Фото букета с сайта2.
