Записалась заранее, за 3 дня на маникюр на 27.12.16 на время12.00 в студию Лены Лениной, находящуюся в Золотом Вавилоне на Проспекте мира. Пришла смс, заранее попросили не опаздывать. Пришла в 12.02, мне сказали, что мастер занят надо немного подождать, прошло несколько минут, пришла женщина- клиентка, которая в 10.30 была записана и молча села на место,где должна бала работать мастер,к которому была записана я. Я сказала сначала клиентке,что я пришла к своему мастеру на назначенное мне время, ж енщина почти не отреагировала,я обратилась к администратору с вопросом, как так получилось и что мне делать? Ответ был шикарен - да,клиентка с 10.30 и захотела сделать педикюр, а мне как вариант — нужно подождать 40 МИНУТ!! То есть, когда женщина пришла и выяснилось, что она ещё педикюр будет делать, даже тогда, в тот момент у администратора не появилась мысль позвонить и сообщить, что мне можно даже и не ехать. Ужасный сервис, никогда не приду в сеть студий Лены Лениной и никому советовать не буду. – показать

Записываюсь через сайт и проблем пока не было ни разу. Если хочу еще что-нибудь дозаказать из уходов, а у мастера дальше запись, то мне вежливо отказывают и поэтому я стараюсь сразу все услуги в заявке записаться. Может быть из-за праздников такое получилось? Но я сама сегодня была на наращивании у Ирины и опять же без проблем
