Заказывали очки в Мастероптик на Бабушкинской (на Дежнева 27, он недавно открылся).Мне обещали месяц гарантии. Когда забирала, все было хорошо. Только вот дома, после первой протирки, что называется, заметила, что на одной из линз широченная полоса, вся испрещена мелкими черточками, как будто бы наждачкой по линзе провели. Проходила так месяц, но решила, что все-таки схожу снова в Мастероптик, чтобы они заменили мне линзу, т.к. дефект явный и мешает постоянно (все как будто в тумане). Забирала очки 7.02.13, пришла сдавать их 6.03.13. Окулист сначала вымыла очки с мылом, протерла их тряпочкой и стала смотреть. При том освещении, что у них в салоне, она ничего не заметила. Администратор так же ничего не увидела. Мотивировали тем, что я плохо слежу за очками, и их надо постоянно намывать. Мы развернулись и ушли, т.к. дефект в магазине сотрудники не увидели и не стали передавать очки своим экспертам (мол, надо же объяснить, в чем именно проблема, а ее там нет). Доказывать что-то было бесполезно. Дома при ЧЕЛОВЕЧЕСКОМ освещении дефект виден отчетливо. Так что будьте внимательны, проверяйте все сразу же максимально тщательно. Полагаю, что то идиотское освещение в магазине сделано специально, чтобы подсовывать клиентам брак.

Оправа летит как ракета.Только заказала очки,через неделю забрала,а еще через полторы недели,они рассыпались прям на лице.......
