Здравствуйте! я не разбираю быстроту и качество вашего обслуживания Меня не устроило что сотрудник не говорил про предоплату при первом общении и только после того как я отправил данные по изготовлению печати на почту он мне написал про предоплату а на это я потерял 10 мин своего времени и пошел искать другую фирму!!!!!! Что сложного сказать про предоплату при первом звонке тем самым убить ворожение и исключить негатива,, + ко всему у вас общение тока по почте что лично мне не удобно у вас нет не ватсапа не вайбера не телеграма по крайне мере мне так сказал ваш сотрудник сделайте менеджеры для клиентов это же удобно и быстро в чем проблема! Я надеюсь что вы меня услышали 1) не говорят про предоплату при первом звонке 2) нет мессенджеров. С уважением Рустам

во первых нет общения по ватсап вайбер телеграм на дворе 21 век он мне на почту все шлет При заказе не говорят про предоплату в целом при телефонном общении цена сроки все устроило скинул данные на почту и на тебе пришол ответ кинте сюда оплату и т.д я звоню обратно говорю а че вы про предоплату сразу не говорите а он мне отвечает а вы и не спрашивали вот иди.от)))) пришлось время свое драгоценное потратить на бестолковую беседу с бестолковым со.ру.ником
