ОСТОРОЖНО ПОДДЕЛКА!!!! Мастер Мозаик. Решил как-то я сделать ремонт в ванной Т. к. времени особо не было мы пошли в ближайший магазин – Мастер Мозаик на земляном валу. Выбрал мозаику GEROLD (COLORS) Типа Италия. Смонтировали проект распечатали со всех сторон, посчитали «по проекту» количество плитки, оформили заказ Доставка выпала на время, когда был в отпуске, доставщики это отдельная песня, но бог с ними.Приняли мозаику не проверяя.. надеялись на ответственность поставщика. Потом пришлось перенести ремонт на полтора месяца. Оказалось, что положили чёрную хотя ее там быть не должно это мастер уложил под ванную, но когда стало не хватать второй части, стало понятно, что это Мастер Мозаик.. Ведь всё просчитал продавец ПО ПРОЕКТУ?! Когда пришел разбираться … меня отправили культурно «на», со словами «Это ваша подпись здесь? У нас по-закону всё правильно, а это ваша проблема, что вы не проверили сразу Мы больше не работаем с этим поставщиком и коллекция снята с производства…». Менеджер Петр хам! Но и Это еще пол беды, потом пошли в другой магазин (официальный представитель) и нашли ту же коллекцию. И ОНА СОВСЕМ другая!! Когда принесли им показать что мы купили- ответ это подделка!!! МЫ попали большую сумму денег. Которую мы считаем существенной. Подаем в суд. И во все инстанции. ЛЮДИ никогда не ходите в мастер мозаик на земляном валу!!!

Если Вы приобретали у нас данную продукцию, прикрепите на мой ответ договор, счет, товарную накладную и платежное поручение то что Вы оплатили и приобрели данный товар в нашей Компании. В случае если Вы не опровергните Вашу лживую информацию мы оставляем за собой право, обратится в правоохранительные органы для привлечения Вас к ответственности. Коммерческий директор Калинникова Татьяна. PS: Менеджер по имени Пётр в нашей компании никогда не работал.
