Убрали гвоздь (дорого!!) и после монтажа этом рассказали о шве на диске изза которого якобы колесо подпрыгивает. На просьбу показать-уже собрано колесо. Ну кто так делает? Тем более что я не помню что варил диск.

Ну такой себе невнятный сервис. Вроде движуха есть, а толку мало. Очередь сам занимаешь , записи нет. Если что накосячили- вину признают, а попытаются исправить. В прошлый раз тупо оставил машину- сделали отлично, в последний раз приехал- развернулся и уехал. Может чего поменялось? Маякните, как исправитесь и учёте пожелания клиентов.

Роберт, записи у нас никогда не было и мы это не скрываем. Про живую очередь говорим ещё по телефону. Человек сам делает выбор, приезжать или нет. Снижать оценку за живую очередь, это как прийти во вкусное и недорогое кафе самообслуживания, а потом огорчиться, потому что не подошёл официант. Будьте, пожалуйста, объективны. Про оставил машину, это было исключение из правил. Получается подтверждение пословицы: "Не делай человеку добра - не получишь зла." Мы дружелюбны ко всем, но в одном "продукте"(товар или услуга) невозможно угодить всем. Пример: Жигули не могут предложить высокого качества, а Тойота - низкой цены. Так же всегда открыты к более детальному диалогу, по телефону +79150357030 (администрация). Искренне Ваш, Топсервис.

Большой выбор автозапчастей. Приемлемо. Как на меня. Это уже мое мнение. Оно индивидуальное. Лично мое. Вот такое оно.
