Треснула подошва на ботинках Timberland а так же было отслоение от подошвы. Принес все в данную мастерскую, сделали все великолепно! На следующий день весером были уже готовы! Всем рекомендую, у кого не дешевая обувь и вы боитесь отдавать в соснительные уличные мастерские.

В субботу отдала сюда платье, и обувь заклеить. Сказали забрать во вторник после 18:00. Пришла в итоге через неделю (!) в воскресенье, когда уже точно все должно быть готово. На следующий день свадьба, нужно платье срочно. Швея сначала долго делала вид, что не может его найти. Потом начала спрашивать, не забыла ли я, может я уже забрала его (учитывая что обувь моя все ещё была у них). В итоге после 40минутных поисков мне сказали, что посмотрят по камерам и найдут платье, а после моего заявления, что оно нужно срочно и завтра свадьба, очень удивились. И через секунду (без преувеличения) платье чудом нашлось! Не сделанное. Пришлось в этот день повторно идти в ТЦ, только после моего предложения сделать мне скидку вернули несчастные 300 рублей. Если бы швея не делала вид, что потеряла платье, а сразу сообщила, что забыла его починить, может бы и не было никаких претензий!

К обещанному сроку заказ не выполнили! Сделали вид, что вещь потеряли и якобы нашли только что. Вернули часть стоимости заказа, поэтому ставлю две заезды, а не одну.
