Работаю в этом БЦ. Что касается самого кафе, ассортимента и качества блюд, то все на высшем уровне! Всегда с удовольствием прихожу в это заведение на обед.Четверку ставлю из-за двух моментов:1) Невнимательный и суетливый кассир. Честно говоря, я давно не видела такого, чтобы три раза ты повторил человеку: дайте вилку или налейте кофе с молоком(это делает кассир), а тебе делают все наоборот или не делают вообще, ну просто потому что «Ой, много всего сегодня, ой, столько всего, ой, ой и т.д.»(эт о цитата кассира). Также ошибки при подсчете заказа, когда забывают пробивать ложечку или вилочку и т.д. Я могу показать объем своей работы и бесчисленное количество информации и документов, с которыми приходится работать нам, поэтому, если честно не понимаю, чем так загружен кассир, что каждый заказ практически проводится с ошибкой. При всем моем уважении к этому милому кассиру (не исключаю, что она чудесный человек), я считаю, что человеку крайне трудно справляться со своей работой (возможно, причина в компьютере).2) Нет терминала для оплаты, что, конечно, для Москвы в 2018 году большая редкость (ну, уже каждый первый, живущий в Москве, почти не пользуется наличкой. Отсюда проблемы с разменом по утрам на кассе, да и вообще…это очень странно.В целом, еще раз повторюсь, сама кухня и еда просто отменные! Цены хорошие. Это лучшая столовая за последние годы, которые я встречаю в московских БЦ. – показать
