Я живу в Челябинске, дело было в четверг. В понедельник мне нужно было выезжать в дальний путь, без вариантов. В автосервисе выясняется, что под замену шкив коленвала. Время вечер четверга, через три дня стартовать, в Челябе шкива нигде нет в наличии, только под заказ, ждать от 5ти до 10 дней. Вечером разослал заявку на деталь, по вин-коду, в 50 магазинов Екатеринбурга, через один сайт. Утром в пятрицу, первый ответ приходит от Mast-auto, еще небыло девяти утра. В наличии был шкив, не оригинал - заменитель, но хорошей фирмы, в общем то что нужно. Сотрудник магазина прислал несколько фотографий детали на вацап, проконсультировал по телефону. Выслал на мыло копию накладной с печатями, оплатил я переводом на карту сбера. После обеда отправили деталь в Челябинск через Сдек. В субботу утром деталь была у меня на руках. Все сделали, четко, оперативно, очень меня выручили. Ребятам из Mast-auto огромное спасибо, я очень доволен.
