Очень медлительные сотрудники, такое ощущение, что не привыкли к посетителям, просишь принести размер, ощущение, что несут со склада на другом этаже. На кассе никого нет, приходится искать сотрудника, а когда находишь, то, почему-то, очень долго пробивают, несколько касс, работает одна, приходишь за заказом и ждёшь, пока долго пробивают посетителям перед тобой. Когда время ограничено, очень неубдобно тратить столько времени на один магазин.

Понедельник, 21 декабря, начало пятого. Консультантов не найти. Потом они появились в количестве аж трёх штук, что-то обсудили - и вновь исчезли. Ну да ладно, с размерами как-то сама разобралась. На просьбу отложить брюки, чтоб не ходить сейчас с ними по их же магазину - непонимающий взгляд "мы не откладываем". Совсем плохо с кадрами, да? С тренерами? С менеджерами? Ещё момент. Интересуюсь у консультанта, когда та всё же попалась на глаза - где можно офисные брюки посмотреть. Показывает на вешалки - здесь. А ещё где-то есть? - спрашиваю. Ещё там, - отвечает. Всё это без тени улыбки, с выражением - ходют тут всякие, отвлекают. Если у вас так всё плохо с розницей - пересматривайте правила работы с ламодой, к примеру. А не вот это всё
