Добрый день. Хочу поделиться впечатлениями от вчерашнего массажа. Это потрясающе!!! Предыстория — потянула плечо, долго несла тяжелую сумку. Шея и плечо болело две недели, я, как всегда, надеялась, что само пройдет, но не проходило. Попросила мастера Энн обратить внимание на мое плечо, заодно показать мне элементы спортивного массажа, чтобы понять, что это такое. Это нечто! Она жестко разминала эту мышцу, мышца, как камень, хрустит прямо и трещит, с другой стороны тоже неладно, но не так. Как-то глубоко так с ней работала, тянула в разные стороны голову, плечи, скручивала меня, терпеть трудновато, но интуитивно чувствуется, что делает правильно. Сегодня плечо больше не болит, остаточные явления боли в натруженной мышце, пройдут. Еще она прошлась по телу по всему, есть крайне болезненная зона в пояснице, когда с другой стороны такой же силы движения делает — не болит, а там прямо напряженная мышца, больно. А так, в обычной жизни, не чувствую особо, только тяжесть в пояснице. Она меня растягивала, Работает руками, ногами, ладонями, подворачивает мои ноги одну за другую и тянет сильно вверх, короче то еще упражнение. сегодня встала- как помолодела на много лет. Плечо не болит. Захотелось сделать растяжку-зарядку. Активность появилась.Настроение тоже, как в молодости. Оказывается — хороший мастер массажа- это круто!!! – показать
