При центральном входе в торговый центр находится достаточно дорогой магазин (без названия) хозяйственных товаров и посуды.Приобрела там металличекую овощечистку. Я пришла с паспортом через 2 дня ,но каково было мое удивление ,когда этот же продавец- стажор Желтова Алла Витальевна заявила ;"ЧТО ОНА МЕНЯ ВИДИТ ПЕРВЫЙ РАЗ и Я ЕЙ НИЧЕГО не ОСТАВЛЯЛА,"Мы позвонили ее директору ,но директор была непреклонна что бы отдать эти несчастные 400 рублей.Эти люди позорят столичную торговлю,обманывают покупателей,нарушают" Закон О защите прав потребителей.\"Не смотря на то ,что у них в отделе нах. камера видеонаблюдения и они прекрасно видят ,что она у меня забрала эту несчастную овощечистку. Пожалуйста люди !!! Будьте осторожны . Не советую общаться с такими "БИЗНЕСМЕНАМИ"

Вчера заходил посидеть в кафе на втором этаже и увидел, что при выходе с эскалатора открылся сервисный центр F1Service. Пока отдыхал в кафе, мне решили все мои проблемы с телефоном, поменяли батарейку и кнопку включения на пятом iPhone. Дали гарантию 1 год, хотя в других сервисах больше месяца практически не дают...

Захожу сюда только из-за Автомага, так как в целом ТЦ бестолковый: магазины странные, фудкорт исключительно восточный, квест по поиску туалета разочаровывает.

Отвратительное общение администратора торгового центра. Орёт на посетителей, к тому же утверждает что есть лифт и не один указатель об этом не говорит . Люди с колясками должны быть эстрасенсоми чтобы догадаться. Прошу руководство принять меры к администратору!!!!фото прикладываю что нет таблички на лифт. Администратор совершенно не уровновешанный!
