07.10.2019 Рекламируют приезжайте, диагностика бесплатно. И что? Приехал, какая диагностика, никто ничего не делал. Поменяли масло и всё. А надо было менять все фильтра. Думал продиагностируют, увидят, оплачу поменяют. Но никто ничего не делал. Зачем нужно было ехать к чёрту на куличики. Придётся ехать в другой сервис менять. На сопроводительное листе всё зачеркнули, что это, всё менять, или всё хорошо не знаю. Заснял всё на телефон, картинка конечно не очень, снимал чтобы не увидели. Руководителю бы отправить, чтобы он посмотрел. Конечно это не моё дело, может быть реклама чтобы привлечь клиентов. Больше туда не поеду. Если отзыв удалят, видео в интернет выкину.

Алексей, добрый день, данный вопрос мы уже обсудили в Яндексе, если хотите продублирую: Спасибо за то, что озвучили проблему. Мы посмотрели камеры видео наблюдения, действительно, дополнительные работы по диагностике Вашего автомобиля произведены не были. Механик, выполнявший работы мотивирует это тем, что Вы, работая у нас автослесарем 2 месяца назад негативно относились к этим дополнительным работам, и он не стал их проводить, что, конечно же, НЕ допустимо, т.к. в первую очередь Вы наш клиент! В связи с этим приносим свои извинения и предлагаем Вам приехать к нам в СТО - мы проведем Вам бесплатно компьютерную диагностику и диагностику всех тех. жидкостей и фильтров - при выявлении необходимости замены чего-либо работы по замене мы проведём так же бесплатно, либо отправьте свои контакты на почту sergey.k@maslomarket.com, мы с Вами свяжемся и вернём Вам деньги за замену масла в ДВС.
