Что могу сказать, в общем и целом я довольна, менеджеры знают свое дело и работают оперативно. Единственное за что не ставлю высшую оценку, это за то, что нельзя сделать оплату картой. Уж очень избалована современностью:)

Искал масло ВНИИНП-282, нашел на сайте магазина «Масло-здесь» объем 0,12 кг в наличии. Позвонил, уточнил, подтвердили, что да, в наличии есть. На вопрос как заказать, ответили — через форму на сайте. Начал заказывать, оказалось, что форма не дает выбрать доставку в другой город и надо писать заявку на почту. После отправки заявки, пришло коммерческое предложение от менеджера Ирины Выборной, в котором было указано, что смазка только под заказ и только от 500 грамм. Учитывая цену (больше 3000 за 1 00 грамм), это не устроило. Позвонил Ирине, уточнить, почему на сайте указано одно, а в реальности другое. Прямо как в советский гастроном вернулся))) Ирина оказалась просто хамкой. Разговаривала крайне грубо, ни на один вопрос не ответила. Очевидно у магазина просто много лишних клиентов, если он может себе позволить держать в штате таких людей. Больше в эту контору не обращусь никогда. – показать
