Осторожно!!! Пеллеты!!! Покупали пеллеты для котла в данной организации. При топке произошло заклинивание нижнего шнека. Выяснилось, что в пеллеты, каким то образом попал кусок металла. Созвонились со специалистом, обслуживающим котел. Время позднее. Он оказался за городом. На улице не май месяц, пришлось разбирать все своими силами, следуя указаниям по телефону. Провозились около пяти часов. На счастье, блокировка сработала и котел не пострадал. Хотя, как я поняла в Машторге это уже не первый случай! Позвонила в Машторг, объяснила ситуацию. Позвонила собственно без претензии. Просто поставить в известность руководство. Для того чтобы связались со своими поставщиками в целях избежания дальнейших подобных инцидентов. Сбросила по вайберу фото куска злополучного металла. Т.к. являясь руководителем трех организаций, по опыту знаю чем чреваты такие казусы. Со мной достаточно корректно поговорили. Как вариант пообещав бесплатную доставку из-за предоставленных неудобств. Это 1000 рублей. Сегодня перезвонил сотрудник Машторга и сказал, что руководство передумало!!!???))) Дело не в 1000 руб., дело в отношении ! Понятно, что клиент , который ставит в коттедже дорогостоящий котел и покупающий пеллеты по 10 000 за тонну много не потеряет….но советовать сотрудничать друзьям и знакомым с этой организацию Я НЕ БУДУ!!! РЕБЯТА, НЕ ЖИВИТЕ ОДНИМ ДНЕМ!!! БЕРЕГИТЕ СВОЮ РЕПУТАЦИЮ !!!
