Имея более чем 15 летний опыт работы в закупках в разных областях, могу сказать, что с более отвратительным качеством обслуживания, я еще не сталкивался. Попросил счет на 600 болтов и такое же количество гаек, мне сказали, что они компания оптовая и отгружают в килограммах. Спрашиваю, сколько надо купить килограмм, чтобы 600 болтов получилось, мне говорят 125 кг = 650 болтов. Соглашаюсь и прошу выставить счет на 125 кг болтов и равнозначное количество гаек. Оплатил. Забрал. В итоге получил 650 болтов и 400 гаек. На вопрос "как так?" мне ответили, что претензий никаких быть не может, т.к. отгружают они в килограммах, а в кг все верно. Еще и удивились, что я не знаю сколько весят ИХ гайки. Каким-либо способом решить проблему отказались. На письма не отвечают. Некто Полукарова Наталья по телефону только орет и не дает сказать ни слова. Если придется сотрудничать с этой компанией настоятельно советую избегать общения с этой персоной.
