5 декабря обратились с возвратом сапогов в магазин в ТЦ "Облака" данной фирмы. Никогда не видела такого невежественного обращения с покупателями. Администратор все время уходила, не хотела отвечать на вопросы, пряталась в подсобке у себя, отказываясь вернуть деньги за товар. Продавцы-консультанты из той же серии, когда через 2,5 часа выяснений они нам решили все таки отдать деньги, начали писать заявление на возврат товара, они стояли над нами и если что-то мы между собой с друзьями обсуждали они просили нас не "бубнить", т.к. мы мешаем им работать. Так же один из продавцов на мое высказываение, что на моей работе за такое поведение с клиентами уже давно бы уволили, она начала спрашивать у меня где я работаю. На вопрос, а зачем Вам нужно это знать?, она ответила, что приедет посмотреть на работу мою. Когда я сказала, что где я работаю ее не касается, она ответила, а что такого "типа че страшно". Я была крайне поражена такими работниками, во вроде бы, как я раньше считала приличном магазине. Огромная просьба принять какие-нибудь меры директору данного магазина.

Магазин обуви на любой кошелек. Особенно люблю местные распродажи. Скидки впечатляют. Как-то купили здесь два пары обуви - кожа и натуральная замша. Отдали за каждую около тысячи рублей! Не верили счастью, но просто была распродажа. Правда, теперь избаловались и просто так редко заходим. Если только приглядеть что к распродаже!
