Магазин не в какую не хочет принимать не ношую обувь. Дома, приперив обувь еще раз, поняла, что взяла не тот размер. Придя в магазин, продавщица сказала, что обувь была в эксплуатации, подошва грязная, следовательно носилась вне дома. На вопрос что делать дальше, упоковали обувь обратно в коробку, протянули в руки и сказали досвидания. Не советую это магазин!

В данном магазине не хотят принимать товар, который не был в носке, сдаётся по причине ненадобности Ситуация такова, что было куплено 2 пары мужских туфель. Дома примерив, было решено одни сдать обратно за ненадобностью. Придя в магазин, девушка отправила домой их мыть, заявив, что обувь была в носке и она примет её лишь после мытья подошвы. Якобы она грязная. Хотя обувь была примерена в магазине и дома, после чего подошва была протерта. Да, там были мелкие соринки, но не считаю это причиной отказа. Было написано заявление о желании вернуть деньги. Через 10 рабочих дней, придя в магазин, из коробки достали Туфли с заломами на носочке, заявив, что никто и не собирался отправлять их на экспертизу и ни о каком возврате речь идти не может, т.к. обувь была в носке. Выходит за 10 рабочих дней появились заломы, при этом пропали некоторые соринки ! Фото подошвы я сделала перед сдачей, а вот носочек нет, он же был в идеале, даже мысли не возникло. Теперь знаю, что в данном магазине хамское отношение. Они избегают тем самым возврата, но минимум двух клиентов они потеряли навсегда! А эти клиенты могли привести к ним других, как это я сделала с магазином Рандеву! Сама довольна и других подсадила. Потому что обувь качественная и клиентоориентированность на высоте. Там возврат по щелчку пальца и к ним хочется возвращаться за обновками. А вот в маскотт больше ни ногой! И другим не советую!
