Был дважды. Первый раз восторг. Второй раз полное разочарование. Приветливость улетучилась. Качество сильно просело. Теперь думаю, давать ли третий шанс.

Отвратительно! Планомерно уничтожают то, что сделали японцы. Сервиса 0, качество еды 0. Еда пахнет тухлятиной, лапша тоньше некуда. Мухи летают между столами. Такое отношение к прекрасной кухне прощать нельзя.

Первый раз посетила это заведение, примерно, лет 7 назад, после - забегала пару раз перекусить и последний раз была недавно. Что могу сказать: в целом заведение приятное для своей категории быстрого питания, большие порции по демократичным ценам, простенький интерьер без излишеств, очень неплохая музыка на фоне))) Но раньше был чай вкуснее, ароматнее и морсы более насыщенные, концентрированные (сейчас уж совсем сильно водой разбавляют), но оно и понятно, чего ждать от безлимитных напитков за 120р.))) В полную загрузку или часы пик относительно небольшое время ожидания блюд (минут 10-15), но бывает заканчиваются ингредиенты и скуднеет выбор закусок на кассе. Ходить туда лучше без больших ожиданий, а просто вкусно покушать)) И тогда, возможно, вы туда вернётесь снова))

Как любитель японской кухни, не могла спокойно пройти мимо одного из таких заведений. По деньгам оказалось более, чем привлекательно, блюда все подаются оперативно. Качество тоже выше всяких похвал

Раньше, это было одно из моих любимых мест, посещала его практически с открытия. И очень жаль, что сейчас там полная антисанитария. Вчера лично увидела таракана, который полз по подносу и чуть ли не в мою тарелку. Работники как то вяло отреагировали на это, лишь подошел сотрудник и просто задавил и убрал его. Сегодня почитала другие отзывы, оказывается проблема с тараканами уже практически год, об этом есть несколько отзывов от других посетителей. Очень жаль, но теперь я туда ни ногой.

Была сегодня на обеде. Отвратительный суп 'мисо удон с курицей' больше одной ложки не смогла съесть. Бульон непонятный и пахнет неприятно. Не советую
