Получил от Кухни Марии сертификат, на поездку от Марс тревел. Менеджер сказал, что поездка бесплатная, но как выяснилось чтобы использовать сертификат я должен заплатить 57 000 руб. за поездку в Грецию!!! В чем заключается подарок, если и без сертификата отдохнуть в Греции на все включено стоит 63 000 руб. за двоих в отеле 4*, а Марс меня хочет отправить за 57 000 в сомнительные 3* с питанием только завтраки!!!РАЗВОД!!!!

Добрый день. Подскажите , пожалуйста, какую дату вылета вы выбрали? Доплата зависит от выбранной даты вылета (тарифа авиакомпании) и варьируется от 18 000 до 29000. В эту сумму входит оплата за три позиции: авиаперелет, сервисный сбор, групповой трансфер аэропорт - отель - аэропорт. Трансферы в Европе недешевое удовольствие. Расстояние от аэропорта до первого отеля- 250 км, от последнего 100-120 км. Также нельзя сравнивать стоимость пляжного отдыха и экскурсионного тура. При стандартном туре вы находитесь в одном отеле и каждый ваш шаг вне, любая экскурсия стоит дополнительных денег. В нашем экскурсионном туре вы проезжаете большую часть материка, меняете несколько регионов, посещаете не массово туристические города. Программа построена так, чтобы максимально показать страну: горные регионы, моря, острова и.т.д. Также в программу включены бесплатные экскурсии. Проживают группы в отелях 3-4 звезды с хорошими отзывами. Очень часто в Халкидиках мы им дарим проживание в отеле 5 * Мы не первый год работаем по греческим программам, проводим анкетирование каждой группы по каждой позиции: встреча в аэропорту, автобус, гид, отели и.тд. Мы каждую минуту совершенствуемся и делаем все, чтоб наши туристы остались довольны и пришли к нам снова. С уважением, Mars Travel.
