Я работаю там больше 20 лет, не начальник, просто производственный рабочий. Об уровне кормов можно спорить, а вот за качеством там следят очень строго. И не забываем о соотношении цена/качество. Но даже самый дешёвый продук полностью соответствует всем требованиям по качеству. Диванных экспертов по "кормам для собак" попрошу от комментариев воздержаться. Что касается МАРС как работодателя. Да, работать там не легко. Уволить могут за ряд поступков, но все они просты и поняты. И всем это известно. Просто избегайте косячить по серьёзному. При этом Марс всегда честен с персоналом. За более чем 20 лет мне НИ РАЗУ не задержали выплату ЗП. Даже в самые глубокие кризисы.
