сегодня сеть магазинов M&S поставила меня в очень неудобное положение, которому я планирую дать максимальную огласку. встав сегодня утром, я запланировала поездку в один из магазинов со своей мамой. дело в том, что вот уже три года она носит одну и ту же модель вельветовых брюк, меняя по мере снашивания на новые. я проверила на официальном сайте наличие интересующего товара, размера и цвета в трёх магазинах в Москве. мы потратили на дорогу 40 минут. чтобы узнать, что товара в наличии, как вы уже наверняка догадались, нет. причём не было его не просто в одном из магазинов (где мне, кстати, сказали, что именно эту модель вот только сегодня утром убрали с полок и упаковали для отправки на склад, но ещё не отправили, однако при этом продать мне брюки они всё равно не могут), но и в остальных двух, в которых, судя по данным сайта, товар имеется в наличии. затем я стала звонить на номер горячей линии, указанный на сайте. что я услышала в ответ на свою жалобу? что это телефон интернет-магазина и к обычным магазинам они не имеют никакого отношения. итог: считаю себя как покупателя нагло обманутым сетью M&S, работу сайта неудовлетворительной, а профессионализм работников оставляющим желать лучшего. мне не только не оказали услугу, но и не предложили никакой альтернативы. прискорбно, что такое отвратительное отношение они демонстрируют своим клиентам и портят сложившееся за несколько лет хорошее отношение и доверие.
