Суп был холодный, людей много в субботу в обеденное время, было шумно.

Днём очень много гостей спешат на наши вкусные недорогие обеды, поэтому у нас бывает многолюдно и шумно в это время. После 16-и часов гораздо спокойнее. Просим прощения за суп(( Расскажите, какой это был суп и когда? Мы проверим работу кухни!

Чтобы заказать необходимо установить их приложение! Экий бред) при том что у них высокие достаточно цены, такое издевательство над клиентом выглядит крайне странно, для такого заведения. Если же это не так, то проведите наконец работу над своим персоналом, чтобы они не заявляли об этом так безаппеляционно.

Korbin, мы запустили приложение для бесконтактного заказа и оплаты. В современных реалиях это совсем не бредовое решение) Плюс скидка 10% при заказе через приложение. Что именно огорчило вас? Сотрудники рассказывают о нововведении, если у гостя по какой-то причине нет возможности установить приложение, то заказ можно сделать у бара.
