Магазин с большим ассортиментом и приятными ценами! Решила купить подарки детям в этом магазине по рекомендации знакомых. Предновогодняя суета уже началась. Сначала меня удивило спокойное и внимательное отношение продавцов, не смотря на то, что покупателей было много, на мои вопросы и пожелания ответили с желанием. Больше всего меня удивило отношение управляющего этого магазина! Мы увидели дома, что выбранный нами набор пазлов, не в той комплектации. На звонок ответил управляющий Евгений. Решил вопрос за 5 минут, перезвонил, извинился за сотрудника, предложил выгодные для нас условия последующих покупок! Такого я ещё в России не встречала. Вот это я понимаю, клиентоориентированность! Желаю развития и больших продаж этому магазину! Сама вернусь ещё не раз и, конечно, рекомендую другим!
