.....бывает такое, ну вот не тянет человека в определенное место, так же мы, не были и не хотели идти 🚶 в этот магазин, но по просьбе детей пришлось зайти. Купили игру, Джанго называется. Приехали домой, нас она не устроила, повезли обратно (имеем право). Казалось бы, всё очень просто должно быть, привезли, вернули и забыли! Но неееет! Заполните заявление❗❗❗с паспортными данными❗❗❗и приходи завтра❗❗❗с паспортом, потом деньги получите, после того, когда кто то там подпишет. А если мы не можем приехать на следующий день, а если мы проездом, чисто случайно зашли? Тогда не получим деньги или забирайте бракованный тавар? Как то не обдуманно.!!!

Оксана приветствую, обычно возврат сразу происходит, может действительно не было должностного лица, которое принимает решение, может уже ушел с работы, всякое может быть. Там замечательный у меня управляющий, если вдруг, ну может ребенок опять уговорит зайти, зайдите к директору и ей расскажите, что вызвало у вас недовольство, думаю поменяете мнение о нашем магазине. У меня много друзей в Магнитке, о магазине только хорошее слышу от них, и обещаю я спрошу про вашу проблему у персонала, удачи. Витковский.

Классный магазин, большой выбор игрушек на разный вкус и возвраст, особенно когда за ними приходишь перед днём рождения ребёнка, только свидетельство о рождении надо не забыть или паспорт если дети там вписаны)))))
